The staff was very efficient. Alex, Julian, and Michelle were particularly attentive. The hotel provides several small gifts and offers beverages and sweets throughout the stay.

The bed in my room proved to be quite small. This impacted the overall comfort . I believe a larger bed should be offered in all room categories.

the room felt smaller than expected, honestly. i also found the lack of a proper lobby a bit strange. it's not a huge deal, but it did was nice. i prefer a clear separation between the street and the hotel's inner spaces. it just adds a layer of security and comfort that i missed .

adequate stay, minor issues

small room firm bed street noise

the room was smaller than expected given the price point. i found the bed too firm for my liking and it impacted my sleep quality. additionally, the noise from the street was noticeable even on a higher floor. this made it difficult to relax during the day.
